Stanton Beacon is free and ad-free. The server, database and UEX sync all cost money — anyone who wants to help can subscribe to monthly or yearly support (or make a one-time donation) and, as a thank-you, gets a few comfort extras on the site. Does this give an in-game advantage?

No. It is a donation to the project on the UEX model. The extras are site comforts (more listings, prominence, shortcuts) — nothing changes inside Star Citizen.

How does card billing work?

It is a subscription: pick monthly or yearly (yearly is 12% off) and it renews on its own until you cancel. Once cancelled, no more charges — and support stays active until the end of the period already paid.

What about Pix? (Brazil only)

Pix is a one-time payment that activates 30 days of supporter. It does not auto-renew — whenever you want to continue, just support again. Available in Brazil.

Can I cancel? Any refund?

Cancel anytime — you stop the renewal and are not charged again. The period already paid runs to its end, but amounts already paid are not refunded — it is support for the project, not a service.

The card subscription auto-renews until you cancel; Pix is a one-time payment (it does not renew on its own). Amounts paid are non-refundable.
